How do I create a community?
Open Communities, choose the home country, and start the chapter. The first one is the community you will invite people into.
Where does a business go?
A shop goes under Businesses. An association stays under Organisations. Marketplace is for a product, and buying is closed until payments are connected.
Why is a student badge pending?
A university email can verify it. Gmail and Outlook stay pending until an admin approves the badge.
Why are payments closed?
Stripe is not connected. Welfare, projects, and Marketplace can record an intention, but they cannot take money yet.
Where does an admin review a request?
The Control Centre. A member sees pending on Verification. An admin approves the student badge, organisation, business, welfare request, or project there.
